Qurunful Hodja designs and constructs an air-craft which he names “Minaret Missile To The Moon”. When the body-guards of Sami The Specs attack in order to destroy the air-craft, Abdülcanbaz and friends take shelter in the missile. They start their rather unexpected travel to the Moon when Hodja ignites the missile. Upon their arrival, they are confronted by the rooster-like locals of the Moon, the uncivilized inhabitants leading a rather primitive life and all the more, a life of injustice. Having secured the sincere love and support of the rooster people, Abdülcanbaz and friends are nominated versus the local king, King of Thousand Crests and Claws, for the polls in which no votes are cast but only physical power and wits count. A new way of life is about to begin on the Moon.
